Product

FurFame Studio sells custom digital pet artwork. The Viral Pet Pack is a digital product/service. No physical item is shipped.

Delivery

Delivery estimate is 24–72 hours after payment and usable photo submission. Results may vary depending on photo quality.

Customer photo rights

Customer confirms they own or have permission to use uploaded pet photos.

Personal use

Customer receives personal-use rights to post the images on social media. Commercial use, resale, merchandise, brand campaigns, or redistribution require written permission.

Protected works

FurFame Studio does not create exact copies of copyrighted brands, logos, characters, real movie posters, celebrities, or protected works.

Revisions

One simple revision is included. A revision means adjusting the direction, mood, or details. It does not mean unlimited redesigns.

Refunds and cancellations

Because this is custom digital work, refunds are not provided after work has started. If FurFame cannot deliver the order, the customer may receive a refund. If the customer pays but never provides a usable pet photo, they can request cancellation before work begins.

Refused requests

FurFame may refuse inappropriate, abusive, illegal, or impossible requests.
